The Service includes the following jobs :

Checking of Distilled Water in the Batteries for the recommended level
Checking for Battery connections, if found will be rectified
Checking for charge on the battery, if found less charge, will be charged through charger
Reporting of the vehicles inspected and complaints attended
Checking of Battery mountings and clampings
If complaint not rectifiable will replace with float units by approval by Exide officials

Three technicians have been deployed at the yard for the full working hours of AL yard at any point of time.

Strength of the company:

The company is located in the premier Automobile Market place at Poonamallee & Vandalur, having easy reach of the customers to their servicing requirements.
It has earned approximately 150 customers into its fold, mainly of fleet operators and single owners. It has closely moved with the OEM Dealers in the Chennai city and the major OEM Dealers’ Service Centres are viz. Sundaram Motors (AL), VST Motors (Tata), Hex Mobiles (Eicher), Popular Mega (Tata), ACT (Tata) are located nearby our place of operations and we have established good relationship with them and also in regular contacts with major fleet operators.
The service centre have been equipped with necessary infrastructure like Power Steering Testing equipments, Air Brake System Testing equipments, Special Tools provided by the Principal Companies, fully air conditioned Test Room for dust free environment, company trained technicians

The company is equipped with 3 Phase Electrical connection to run the Testing equipments. The testing equipments and gauges are calibrated periodically and records maintained to the standards.
The company has its own Mahindra Pik-up Truck for collection of the defective units from the sites of the customer and delivering back to their door step, which is a Value Added Service.
Two Personal Computers at Head Office and Branch are with Net connection and has been deployed to take care of customer communication and the requirements of Principal companies for warranty handling.
Further, with the service back-up and good records with the customer, we have been authorised to do servicing of Power Steering System fitted on cars and have done several retrofitment of ABS to vehicles at PL Haulwal.
The Technicians employed for the company’s Service & Transport operations, are well qualified, dedicated, experienced and joining hands in promotion & growth of the business.
The company is also doing mobile services (on the spot) to the customers, for the complaints reported on the above products, which is an added advantage in its favour.

The company has done a turnover of Rs. 18 Lakhs for the year 2007-08 & Rs.52 Lakhs for the year 2008-09 Rs. 65 Lakhs, only in the customer service.
At present, the company’s asset stand worthy was Rs. 50 Lakhs approx., and has plans to further diversify to other lines of business in the Automobile Industry.
With the fire of taking more challenging business, interested in acquiring authorization for Sales & Service of OEMs Ancillary suppliers in the Automobile Industry with a good financial background.

On the several requests made by the end users / customers in the southern part of Chennai and as per the insistence of the Principal companies, the company have established an outlet in the Chennai Region in the NH-45 GST Road, where the truck servicing hub is located.

The outlet covers 1000 Sq ft. of working area with 3 Phase Electrical connection and started its operations during March 2010.
The Service Centre are also equipped with machineries and testing equipments to service Rane TRW Power Steering System and Wabco Air Brake Systems.
Apart from the machineries available in the existing set-up, special purpose machineries like Sand Blasting Machine (Mecshot – SB 6060) & 10 HP Elgi Make Air Compressor – 440 Litres, with an investment of Rs. 12 Lakhs approx., were also installed, to provide sophisticated service support to our customers.

The company has been authorised by Rane TRW to Service Power Rack & Pinion (PR&P) Gears fitted onto Tata Indica, Indigo & Vista. Rane TRW have provided the company with Service Test Bench, Special Tools & equipments for overhauling and testing of PR&P Gears, both within warranty and beyond warranty complaints. Our Technicians have been given adequate training by Rane TRW for servicing of PR&P Gears at ASCs.
The Principal, Rane TRW is dialoguing with Ford for introduction of PR&P Gears being serviced at Rane TRW Authorised Service Centres. We have been one among them and the servicing function is yet to start.

Bosch Diesel Fuel Pump Service Centre:

The company have been appointed as Authorised Dealer by Bosch India, a Worldwide leader and a leading manufacturer of Diesel Injection System, to sell and service Bosch Diesel Fuel Injection Pump, Injector & Auto Electricals in Chennai.
An investment of Rs. 50.00 Lakhs have been poured into the business, to build a new building with exclusive Service operations of Bosch. Our Service Centre have been made as Model Service Centre for Bosch in Chennai.
Company’s technicians have undergone training at Bosch Training Centre and are experts in diagnosing and rectifying the complaint units of Bosch.
The company is more confident to make success of the Bosch business with the Customer base that has created over the years.
